Ok, ok, ok, since when in the heck did dA enable you to change your username? I come back after a couple of weeks of absence and suddenly I have these strange, unfamiliar people on my watch list, and I'm sitting here wondering when I decided to add them. (It's kinda funny, too, because I actually half-convinced myself that I had added them at some point down the line). Then, as I scroll through my messages I find that many of the people I watch have changed their usernames. So, so-and-so is actually this-and-that. It's just so weird! When did this happen? lol Is it some sort of premium feature? Oh, dA, I can't keep up with you anymore...

Happy New Year everyone!! :D I don't believe it's the end of the world yet. (Though I do feel some fanatical idiot will try to take advantage of the 2012 dooms day hype come December 21st...) Ah well, enjoy your holidays anyway! And I hope you will have a wonderful year to come! It's not the end of the world, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't value the next 365 days to come =) Bye now~

This is completely random and potentially irrelevant, but I just realized that I tend to really love art with water in it. I'm not sure why though. Maybe it's because I like the reflections and how the light bounces off of it. Maybe it's because I love how long hair flows in water. Maybe it's because I don't know how to realistically paint water myself. Maybe it's because I'm a water sign lol Whatever it is, water looks really pretty when painted. The more striking the realism and lighting, the more impact a painting can have. That's what I think. I might try to paint water sometime later. I hope I can do it justice!
